Apple has dispatched to developers the third beta version of operational system iPhone OS 3.0 which release is expected in the middle of summer.

Visual changes in the new beta version while it has not been noticed, therefore they do not become so obvious from the very beginning. Changes directly have concerned SDK (software development kit – a set of tool means for an application creation for iPhone/iPod touch) and such components, as Xcode IDE (the integrated environment of working out), Interface Builder (utilities for creation of interfaces) and Dashcode (the tool for creation of widgets).

In the accompanying documentation it is specified, that in this beta version it is impossible to test the applications compatible to the previous versions of OS. Apple promises to correct this situation in one of following versions.
