How to tune-up Wi-Fi in iPod

In this article it will be considered how to force the laptop with built in wi-fi the module to work as wi-fi a point of access to the Internet. It is necessary for users iPod touch and iPhone because at breaking of these devices it is necessary to instal some programs through Wi-Fi.

All described below has been done not once under operational system windows xp. Though, I think, under vista all will be in the same way.

So, we will begin.

5. We come back to safety. “Authentication” we put “opened” – if fairly, I not absolutely understand, what is it.
6. We clean a daw «the Key it is given automatically» since we wish to appoint a digestible key?
7. Enciphering the computer-computer is chosen the only thing possible for connections: WEP. From my point of view, the key in 5 symbols at all has no sense to appoint, so 11 symbolical key is entered and confirmed.

8. On the tab “Connection” we put the unique daw «To be connected, if the network is in action radius» – too for automatic connection.

10. We press everywhere «ОК» and it is left «wireless connections».

After that it is necessary for you to return to network connections. There we choose that connection which is used for a laptop exit in the Internet. The right click by the mouse-> Properties-> In addition-> the daw «to allow to use to other users of a network connection to the Internet of the given computer». If there is a column of a choice: we choose «Wireless network connection». We press «ОК».

Now it is a high time to take in hands your device (iPod touch or iPhone). Options-> Wi-Fi-> to Switch on. We wait, while our device will find a network. We choose it, we enter the password and we press «Join».
We come into the expanded properties of connection. There all should be as on screenshots (figures in ip addresses etc. can differ). If is not present, wait a little.
