English analysts have considered, that about 10 % of pedestrians which get under cars, are owners of musical players iPod and with enthusiasm listen to music, passing road, informs Daily Telegraph.

Specialists assert, that it occurs that pedestrians lose attentiveness and concentration. To owners of similar devices the British drivers have thought up even a nickname «podestrain» – formed from English «pedestrian». Almost half of all suffered fans of music are children and teenagers. Besides, the people talking by a mobile phone or typing text messages become victims quite often arrivals.
